Getting to Know Jesus
Step 1. Take out a sheet of paper and make a list of ten things you enjoy doing.
Step 2. Think about the life of Jesus as described in the Gospels and in the book Desire of Ages. Make a list of some of the things that Jesus really enjoyed doing and that were important to Him.
Step 3. Now compare the lists from Steps 1 and 2. How many of the items do you have in common with Jesus? Which ones could you do with Him? How many can He share with you? What would sharing these activities have to do with building a relationship with Jesus?
